A brief introduction to the structure behind who we believe we are.

We all use "templates" to form who we become, but they were always meant to be that-just a template. Problems occur when we latch on too tightly to how we believe we or the other should be. This book explores the idea of loosening our grips on our templates to allow from more flexibility, to try new things, and to have a greater understanding of why the other may be acting the way that they do.

The content is broken down into four categories:

  • Understanding what a template is

  • The templates we personally use

  • The templates others may be using

  • And our greatest template of all: the human experience

Through poetic passages and gentle insight, Templates offers a spacious lens through which to examine who you’ve been—and who you’re becoming. It invites release without guilt and opens space to try on new ways of being, free of the belief that you must always stay the same.
