Everywhere you look today—on the news, in your inbox, on social media—there are headlines designed to stir up fear. Stories framed to provoke outrage, distrust, or division. They don’t just inform; they destabilize. They scatter us.

Fear is distortion’s favorite doorway.

When fear enters the system, coherence leaves. We slip out of truth, out of balance, and into survival mode. Fear shortens our vision, makes us reactive, and clouds our ability to see what’s really there. That is exactly how distortion spreads: not as monsters or villains, but as parasitic frequencies passed from one fearful reaction to the next.

But there’s another way.

Instead of feeding fear, we can ask: Is this aligned with truth, harmony, love, peace, or justice? If the answer is no, then it does not belong in our system. We don’t need to give it a home.

The more we choose to align with source—with truth, peace, harmony, love—the more stability we bring not only to ourselves but to the world around us. Every act of coherence ripples outward. And as more of us remember to live in alignment with source, the earth herself remembers who she is.

And when the earth remembers—when truth and harmony rise above distortion—that’s when the real magic begins.
